Coconut Flatbread (Pol Roti)

Introduction

A recipe for sri lankan flatbread!! A recipe for sri lankan flatbread!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 1/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup water ( or as much as needed)

Directions

Sift Flour into a bowl and mix with coconut and salt.

Add water to make a stiff dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Separate into 6 even balls and make circles about 1/4 inch thick or a bit thinner

Sear both sides on a medium heated skillet until browned and cooked in the middle.
