IntroductionA light, versatile salad for really any occasion. Pairs well with mostly any sauce. A light, versatile salad for really any occasion. Pairs well with mostly any sauce.
16 oz. box of pasta (I use orzo because i love the shape)
1 bunch of Asparagus (I approximated 10 spears)
1.5 fillets of Atlantic Salmon--cut 6"x3"
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
~2 tbsps EVOO
This goes with ANY kind of sauce/dressing/topping/whatever. I've eaten this with everything from marinara sauce to just some Parm sprinkled on top. It's AMAZING. Also feel free to add veggies/ sub anything.
