Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

6 lbs of Chicken breasts, frozen, boneless/skinless
3 - 8 oz bricks of cream cheese
1 - 23 fl oz bottle of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
8 to 10 fl oz of Kraft Roka Blue Cheese dressing

Tips

I like to serve with tortilla chips but a lot of people will eat this as a sandwich. Also - if you use a crock-pot-liner (found w/ the zip-lock bags at the grocery store) it will save on clean-up tremendously!

Directions

First boil the chicken until completely cooked. Let the chicken cool & then cut or pull into bite-sized pieces. (Side note: I normally "clean" the chicken while I'm doing this; separating the grissle or hard-tendon parts.)
Then, in the crock pot I melt the cream cheese & the buffalo wing sauce. Once the wet ingredients are completely melted, I add the bite-size pieces of chicken to the crock pot & stir so the chicken is completely coated. Once this mixture has completely heated, I add the blue cheese dressing to taste. (For this size of a batch, it usually takes a 1/2 to 3/4 of a 16 fl oz bottle.)

Serving Size: Makes a FULL 7-quart crock pot (I'm figuring one cup is one serving)
