Ingredients

    1lb ground pork sausage
    3 large potatoes
    1/4 C Olive oil
    1 onion
    1tbs parsley
    1 tbs black pepper
    1 tbs oregano

Directions

Place onions and pepper with olive oil on bottom of slow cooker. Cut potatoes into quarters then slice. Add to slow cooker. Add pork and other seasonings. Add as much water as you would like...the more water the more broth you will have. Let cook for as long as you like or untill pork in cooked through. Stir occasionally.
