Introduction

These are a nice cool treat on a hot day, or any day your are craving something sweet and cool.

All You need are some popcicle trays, often sold at your local dollar store.
These are a nice cool treat on a hot day, or any day your are craving something sweet and cool.

All You need are some popcicle trays, often sold at your local dollar store.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 scoops EAS vanilla protein powder (sold at Goodlife Charity Juice)

    1 cup plain greek yogurt (must be greek yogurt)

    1/2 cup sliced strawberries

    1/2 cup diced pineapple

Tips

Other delicious COMBOS:
(all still made with 1 cup greek yogurt)

2 scoops chocolate protein powder & 2 tbsp hazelnut instant coffee

mandarins & mangos, vanilla protein powder

2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana

1 tbsp lime zest & juice of 1 lime & 3/4 up kiwi, vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp lime zest & juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp blood orange zest and juice of 1 blood orange, 1/2 cup raspberries, vanilla protein powder

2 sccops chocolate protein powder & 1/2 cup raspberries

2 scoops cookies & cream protein powder

2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp mint extract

1/2 cups raspberries, 1/2 cup pineapple, vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp lime zest, 1 tbsp coconut extract, vanilla protein powder



Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor (or blender) Blend all ingredients untill smooth and pour into popcicle moulds and freeze for 2-4 hours before eating.

When ready to eat, run warm water over the mold you are wanting to release the popcicle from, it will losen the popcicle so you can removve it from mould.



Serving Size: makes 6 individual popcicles
