JD Roasted Broccoli

adapted this from a recipe I found online adapted this from a recipe I found online
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 bunch broccoi (washed, dried and cut into florets)
    4 Tbsp Olive Oil ( 1 saved for after roasting
    5 cloves garlic ( sliced)
    1 lemon
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 450
Wash and prepare broccoli, you want it as dry as you can get it. Place on cookie sheet along with 5 sliced cloves of garlic. Drizzle 3 Tbsp olive oil over broccoli, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place in oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and zest lemon over broccoli, the squeeze lemon over top. Then sprinkle with parmesan, toss and serve.

Serving Size: approx 1 cup
