This is a basic stew recipe I just wanted to enter it here so I could calculate the calories and nutrients. This is a basic stew recipe I just wanted to enter it here so I could calculate the calories and nutrients.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    *Beef Bullion (2 cubes), 1 serving
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Red Potato, 500 grams
    Carrots, cooked, 1.0 cup slices
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

I like to roll the meat in flout & sear it in the oil with the onions first then I add water & bullion & other ingredients bring to a boil & the lower & put lid on it & let is simmer for about an hour or until desired.
