A bunch of mini cukes, sliced in thin rounds (I used 7, or 600 grams)
3 big cloves of garlic chopped fine, or to taste
Juice from a couple lemon wedges
Lots of FRESH dill, a few tablespoons
Whatever seasonings you like, I use onion salt and S&P
A few tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. This will leave it swimming but it sure gets tasty!
A few drops of clear Stevia to taste (I used 6, it's a big salad).
