Introduction

Ingredients

A bunch of mini cukes, sliced in thin rounds (I used 7, or 600 grams)
3 big cloves of garlic chopped fine, or to taste
Juice from a couple lemon wedges
Lots of FRESH dill, a few tablespoons
Whatever seasonings you like, I use onion salt and S&P
A few tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. This will leave it swimming but it sure gets tasty!
A few drops of clear Stevia to taste (I used 6, it's a big salad).
Tips
Directions
Just throw it all together and adjust seasonings to taste. I like it really salty and dilly and tons of garlic. Chill at least an hour in the fridge before service, preferably overnight. It gets better with age, up to about 3 days max.
