Mac's Garden Veggie Sandwich

Introduction

Quick and easy. Light and delicious. Perfect for a summer meal. Quick and easy. Light and delicious. Perfect for a summer meal.

Ingredients

    2 slices Orowheat Heathfull Bread, toasted
    4 T. Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese, evenly divided 2+2
    1/2 cup baby spanich leaves, stems removed
    1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
    Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Toast bread. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on each slice. Layer tomato slices to cover each bread slice. Layer spinach leaves on one bread slice. Sprinkle with black pepper, to taste. Add second slice on top of other slice. Press slightly. Slice in half.

Serving Size: Makes 1 sandwich
