Pumpkin Breakfast Blend in a Bowl

Introduction

Easy and very filling! Easy and very filling!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 c. of canned pumpkin
    3/4 c milk
    1 c. flake cereal (I use Raisin Bran)
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    sweetener (I use 2 tsp. sugar)

Tips

The cereal will have a thin consistency at first, but will thicken as it sets in refrigerator.


Directions

Blend in a bowl and let set for at least 10 minutes
