1.5 lb Pork Tenderloin
1 (14 oz) can of petite diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of cider vinegar
Favorite pork rub
Crushed red peppers
2. Set slow cooker to low and let it simmer for at least 4 hours.
3. Drain fat and liquid.
4. Add the can of petite diced tomatoes and vinegar and return to low simmer in slow cooker.
5. Occassionally stir and toss in a touch of crush red pepper for added "umph".
Serving Size: 4 oz. portion is 1 sesrving
