Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz lean ground beef
    1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
    3 C V8 tomato juce low sodium
    3 C Beef Broth
    1 small onion
    bay leaf
    1 tsp ground savory (optional)

Tips

Optional ~ You can use fresh vegetables of your choice instead of the frozen.


Directions

Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain if needed. Add vegetables, broth, juice and seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
