    • 1 egg
    • 3 oz low fat plain yogurt
    • 1/2 cup oats
    • 1 small apple, diced
    • Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

    Nutrition based on a large egg and Dannon All natural low fat plain yogurt


Beat the eggs, stir in milk or yogurt. Add oats, apple, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cook like a pancake or scramble in oiled skillet.
