Pasta Salad with Veggies

Introduction

Pasta ruffles with green beans, broccoli, and colored bell peppers in a light Italian dressing. Pasta ruffles with green beans, broccoli, and colored bell peppers in a light Italian dressing.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2/3 cup of Newman's Own light Italian salad dressing
    1 box of 16 oz. Tri-color ruffles pasta
    1 bag of Birdseye Steamfresh Whole Green Beans
    about 2 cups of fresh steamed broccoli
    1 pepper (three kinds - yellow, orange, red, about 1 cup total)


Tips

not sure how many servings. The pasta alone is 8 cups and we added about 7 cups of veggies with it, so guessing it's about 15 cups.


Directions

Cook pasta according to directions.
Steam the broccoli, peppers, and green beans (microwave or not). Add together with pasta and 2/3 cup of the salad dressing. Mix. Then chill.
