Eggs and Radishes (hcG) - VLCD

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 - whole egg
    3 - egg whites
    1/4C slicced radishes
    1t coconut oil
    1.5T garlic powder

Directions

This is made in two steps.
Step 1 -
Heat coconut oil in pan over med to med-high heat
Coat radishes in garlic powder
Once oil is melted and pan is hot enough, pour in radishes. Cook until soft and opaque (approx. 5 mintues).
Set aside

Step 2 -
Scramble egg and egg whites together and pour into pan over med heat.
Pour in radishes and mix in with the eggs.
Cook until done.

Step 3 -
Enjoy!
