Oh Henry Bars

Ingredients

    2 sticks light butter (land o lakes)
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup splenda
    1/4 cup sugar
    4 cups quick or old fashioned oats
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup PB2 (powder only, do not add water)

Directions

Grease 9x13 pan liberally. combine butter, brown sugar, splenda, and oats. Press mixture in pan Bake @ 350 12-15 min until it bubbles a little in center. Cool.

Melt chocolate chips, once melted add PB2 powder to melted chocolate and spread over crust. refrigerate
