Ingredients

    cook lentils adding other stuff later diced on to come out cooked season pepper garlic and a clove you will need about 2 x water and add the tomatoes when drying cook covered at 2 on stove
    needed to use up 0.70 cent for 8 oz pack pack of turkey plenty salty with the turkey needed to add potato so tone down salt and add potassium.
    next time add onions or grate in better and som oil for nutrient absorption
