Dilled Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    1 tsp dried dill
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dry mustard
    pepper to taste
    4 tbsp lite mayo
    1 1/3 cup cooked rotini pasta
    1 cu cucmber
    1 cup carrot, shredded
    1 cup onion

    Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
