Surprisingly Sweet Smoothie

Introduction

Surprisingly sweet and tasty! Gives me tons of energy before I hit the gym! Surprisingly sweet and tasty! Gives me tons of energy before I hit the gym!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Cup Frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    A few large leaves of fresh, raw spinach
    A handful of baby carrots
    1 cup Chobani Greek (any flavor works)
    A couple ounces of POM Pomegranate Juice (to taste)

    Blend everything together and enjoy!

Tips

If you don't like greek yogurt, and non-fat will work. Don't like strawberry? Any berry or fruit will work. The great thing about smoothies? Anything goes!


Directions

No cooking, just a blender!

Serving Size: 2 6-8 ounce servings (although I can drink the whole thing!)
