Ingredients

    French Bread, 2 small pieces
    Egg substitute, liquid, .33 cup
    Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, 2 Tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Pancake Syrup, .25 cup

Directions

Tear up french bread into chucks. Place in microwavable bowl, add egg substitute, milk and cinnamon. Stir. Cook for 1:30 - 2 minutes until egg in no lnger runny. Add syrup and enjoy!
