    jerk seasonings, stir fried with
    olive oil, onions, bok choy and chicken broth

Directions

stir fry onions in oil, add thighs, sprinkle with seasoning, brown on both sides, add chopped bok choy, chicken broth. cover and cook until greens are emerald green and chicken is cooked through.
