Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/4 cup warm water
    2 tsp. yeast
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 cup warm water
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup pizza sauce
    1 pillow pouch Hormel pepperoni
    4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    garlic powder
    italian seasoning

Directions

Mix 1/4 cup warm water and yeast.
Add 2 cups flour, salt, and sugar. Mix
Add 1 1/2 cup warm water and canola oil. Mix well.
Add 2 cups flour. Knead until smooth. Let rest 10 min. before rolling out into pizzas. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Add sauce, pepperoni, cheese. Sprinkle with italian seasoning.
Bake in 450 oven for 20 min.

Serving Size: makes 2 14 inch pizzas
