Pasta with Italian Sausage

Introduction

Quick and easy one dish dinner. Quick and easy one dish dinner.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound sweet Italian sausage
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 cup frozen peas
    3 cups cooked short cut pasta (orchiette preferred)
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large skillet. When pasta is almost done, add rinsed frozen peas and chopped garlic. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.

Serving Size: makes 6 3/4 cup servings
