Ingredients

    14 ounces boneless skinless, thin sliced chicken breast
    1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onions, dried
    1 -2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 C. pasta sauce
    1/4 C. part-skim mozzarella cheese

Tips

Use non-stick cooking spray to coat pan


Directions

Rub chicken breast piece with olive oil.
Mix dry ingredients together and pat each piece with the crumb mixture until well covered.
Bake at 375*F for about 20 minutes. Heat sauce. Spoon over chicken. Top with shredded cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
