Gradma's Homemade Vegetable Soup

Introduction

This is such a great way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. The only way my grandma could get her 6 kids to eat them. This is such a great way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. The only way my grandma could get her 6 kids to eat them.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Venison shoulder cut off of bone
    15 tomatoes
    1 cucumber
    2 zucchini
    1 1/2 cup great northern beans already cooked
    1 large onion
    6 cups of water
    spices to taste

Tips

Serve with homemade cornbread, makes it sooo much better.


Directions

Puree all vegetables in a blender, brown the meat before sticking in crock pot. Add all together into 6 qt crock pot and let cook low for 24 hours. Will cook down meat and veggies.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 qts or 12 servings
