Steak and Cheese Omelette

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 oz. Filet Mignon, sliced thing
    5 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup mozarella cheese

Directions

Slice steak into thin strips. Heat up fying pan to medium (4-5) with canola or olive oil cooking spray. Beat five eggs in a bowl, then pour into hot pan. Add steak and cheese. When bottom is cooked enough, flip in half with spatula. Wait for omelette to solidify, flip over on other size. Cut in half with spatula to make 2 omelette wedges.

Serving Size: makes two omelettes
