HCG Green Smoothie

Introduction

This is a fat free smoothie. To add some natural fat, blend in 1/4 avocado (count the nutritional info separately - it isn't included in this recipe) This is a fat free smoothie. To add some natural fat, blend in 1/4 avocado (count the nutritional info separately - it isn't included in this recipe)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small to medium apple, cored and chopped
    1/2 lemon, juice and pulp (no seeds)
    1 cup cold green tea (or water)
    2 cups fresh raw spinach
    (Stevia to taste - optional)


Tips

I scoop out the lemon pulp with a grapefruit spoon into a little bowl, then I squeeze in rest of the lemon juice. Then I remove the seeds and add the remaining pulp and juice to the blender container.


Directions

Put apple, lemon, and tea (or water) into a blender and blend well. Then blend in the spinach. Depending on your blender, you may need to add in a little more water to blend everything thoroughly

For Phase 2 HCG, enjoy this smoothie with a protein allowance for a complete meal.

For Phase 3 HCG, you may some avocado to this recipe
