5 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp chopped fresh ginger root
1/2 tsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
1 TBSP Raw Agave Nectar
1 pinch xanthum gum
Double the curry paste to make it spicier!
Combine all remaining ingredients except xanthum gum in blender. Blend. As the blender is still spinning, sprinkle in the pinch of xanthum gum and blend a few more seconds.
Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli, toss & serve.
Serving Size: Makes four 1 1/4 cup servings
