Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 boxes (12 oz each) Garden Delights Pasta
    8 servings of Min's spaghetti sauce w/ ground turkey
    15 oz. ricotta part skim
    8 oz. shredded mozzerella
    8 tbl parmesean and romano grated blend
    1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup egg whites
    italian seasoning
    garlic powder

Directions

Mix the ricotta, egg whites, half the parmesean, cottage cheese and seasoning in a bowl until well blended. In a large deep baking dish, layer sauce, 1/4 of the noodles, ricotta mix, 1/4 of the noodles, sauce, half the mozzerella, the remaining parmesean, sauce 1/4 of the noodles, the remaining ricotta, the remaining noodles and the remaining sauce. Spray aluminum foil with nonstick spray cover and bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Remove foil, cover with remaining mozzerella and bake uncovered 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
