Turkey Burgers

Introduction

Turkey burgers Turkey burgers
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped red onions
    1 Tbs ranch dipping mix (powder)
    1 Tbs herbs de providince
    3 Tbs Egg beaters (or 1 large egg white)
    1 Lb. 99% lean ground turkey
    Pepper to taste (dip mix has salt so I don't usually add more)

Tips

If patties start to brown around the edges and solidify at the top, it is probably time to flip.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Divide into 5 patties and set on 5 separate squares of wax paper. Preheat grill (or prepare charcoal). Spray grill top with pam grilling spray. put burgers on and let cook 5-10 min. covered. Flip and cook and additional 10 min. Top with your favorite greens and stack on a low-fat bun!

Serving Size: 1 (makes 5 patties)
