Introduction

Turkey burgers Turkey burgers
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 egg white
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    20 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey

Tips

If patties start to brown around the edges and solidify at the top, it is probably time to flip.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Divide into 4 patties and set on 4 separate squares of wax paper. Stick in Fridge for a few minutes. Preheat grill (or prepare charcoal). Spray grill top with pam grilling spray. put burgers on and let cook 5-10 min. covered. Flip and cook and additional 10 min. Top with your favorite greens and stack on a low-fat bun!
