Introduction

Quick and Easy Quick and Easy
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 c. cooked macaroni (I like shells)
    2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped or grated
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1/4 c. Pico de Gillo
    4 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/2 c. El Mexicano Cotijo Cheese
    4 Tsp. fat free Italian Dressing
    9 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbles

Tips

Makes a great lunch or dinner meal!


Directions

Cook Macaroni according to directions, drain.
Place in a large mixing bowl and add vegetables. Stir.
Add dressing, cheese, and bacon, mix.


Serving Size: makes 10- 1 c. serviongs
