Italian Style Beef

Ingredients

16 oz. round steak
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup onion chopped
2 cups green pepper chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
2 tomatos diced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
non fat cooking spray
Directions
Cut meat into pieces. Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Brown meat on all sides. Remove from skillet.
Combine mushrooms, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in skillet; cook until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano and cayenne pepper.
Place meat back in skillet top with vegetable mixture. Cover and simmer about 45-60 minutes, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
Place meat on dinner plate, spoon vegetables over meat
Top with grated parmesan cheese
