White fish with Grapefruit Coleslaw (for HCG diet)

Ingredients

    4 oz. of Tilapia or other white fish
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Salt, Pepper, dill as desired
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    fruit and juice from 1/2 grapefruit
    Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar to taste
    More salt, pepper, spices to taste (optional)

Tips

You can cook 2-4 pieces of fish at a time and put in individual portions in baggies and refrigerate or freeze -- ready to warm and eat later.


Directions

Put fish in medium frying pan, drizzle with lemon juice and slice some of the rind and put it around the fish. Season with salt, pepper and dill if desired. Cook on medium heat till done to your taste. Serve with shredded cabbage seasoned with vinegar, spices and grapefruit pieces.
