*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), .33 cup, strips (remove)
Cauliflower, raw, 4 floweret (remove)
Curry powder, .25 tsp (remove)
Tips
This can be done with a variety of veggies and spices. Cutting the veggies into small pieces means that the rice will cook them a little, but still maintain a certain rawness.
Directions
Warm up left over rice in microwave. Cut up veggies into small piece and mix in rice. Season to taste. I used curry, garlic salt, and pepper.
