1 scoop MetRx Protein Plus, vanilla flavor
1/4 c egg beaters (she uses a whole egg)
1 tbsp Psyllium husks, whole
1/4-1/3 c water (or milk of choice)
2. Spray pan lightly with PAM. Make sure itís on medium heat.
3. Flip when no longer runny (wait about 30-40 sec)
**be careful NOT to overcook or they will become very tough to eat. Just cook until no longer runny.
