1 small zucchini

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 small yellow squash
    5 medium red potatoes
    1 small zucchini
    1 yellow onion

Directions

Cut up all ingredients and add to large skillet. Stir occasionally so as not to stick to pan. Cove pan and cook over low hear for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 one cup servings
