Very easy to make and delicious! I added 1 tsp of lemon extract to my yogurt mixture - I love lemon! Perfect for a lowfat/calorie birthday cake! :) I used an extra large jelly roll pan (16X11.5 approx) and the batter puffed up along sides but did not overflow onto oven. Will def keep recipe! - 5/25/11

  • I am new to this site and this recipe sounds wonderful; can't wait to try it. This should be a great substitute for a pumpkin roll that we have during the holidays which is loaded with fat and calories. - 12/30/09

  • Oh my goodness! My kids are not big on strawberry so I changed this one up a little. I used sugar free chocolate pudding and low fat vanilla yogurt then mixed together sugar free and fat free whipped topping. It was so delicious! My kids even loved it! - 3/2/08
