Ingredients

    Master Catch -cooked Shrimp( 61-70 spp), 33 oz
    10oz -Clamato Tomato Juice Cocktail - Picante
    3 Chopped Roma Tomatoes,
    1/2 Chopped Onion
    Tapatio (6tbsp) optional (I am 100% Mexican so the Spicier the better)
    4 Squeezed Lemons
    1/2 cup of finely chopped Cilantro
    1 Chopped Cucumber
    2 Chopped Avocados

    Tortilla Chips or Saltine Cracker not calculated

Directions

Thaw & Rinse Shrimp as per package instructionS.. Mean while chop all the veggies and place on very big salad bowl with lid. Once shrimp is fully thawed place on a separate bowl and squeeze lemon juice onto the shrimp let it sit for about 5 mins (this is awesome to remove the extra fishy smell). Add Shrimp with l.juice to chopped veggies mix well then add clamato and last but not least your tapatio at your leisure. Cover coctel and Refrigerate for at least 20 mins or until chilled (Chilled gives it a better garnished taste and perfect for the summer). Serve in bowl or even Margarita glass with some tortilla chips or even Saltine Crackers and ENJOY!!!!
