This started as a low-fat and quick party dip but can be eaten alone or a add some chicken breast for a quick lunch. It's high in fiber and tasty. Ingredients

    1 Can of Yellow Corn, drained
    1 Can of Chickpeas, drained
    1 Can of Black Beans, drained
    1 Jar of Salsa

Tips

Pick your favorite pre-made salsa or make your own.


Directions
