Roasted Tomatoes and Spinach

Ingredients

    Roasted Tomatoes
    Baby Spinach
    Olive Oil
    Garlic
    Shallots

Directions

Sautee shallots in oil. Add garlic when shallots soften. Add roasted tomatoes and heat. Then little by little, add spinach and allow to wilt. Turn up heat and cook out liquid.
