Ingredients

    500 gramm minced tenderloin pork
    600 gramm minced tenderloin beef
    2 medium size onions, chopped
    3 carotts, shredded
    5 gloves of garlic, shredded
    1 teaspoon olive oil (or not)
    a bunch of oregano and thyme
    basilicum
    curmin
    piment/chilli
    salt
    pepper
    black beans
    white beans
    kidney beans
    cannellini beans
    1 liter of chopped tomatoes

Tips

you can add pepper as well. or sweetcorn.
I mince my meat so I know all the time whats in. But you can buy it ready, too.

we eat it with rice or bread or simply as a stew.


Directions

olive oil and chopped onions in a big pot and brown, shredder the carrots and the garlic, add.
while mince the meat and add too.
stir fry all
add the spices and the beans and the tomatoes.

allow the stew to simmer for 2 hours on low heat and stir from time to time.

add some season if required
