Chocolate mousse popsicles

Number of Servings: 6
egg white, fresh, 2 large
Granulated Sugar, 3 tbsp
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp (or more, to taste)
One small container (150 g) lightly sweetened yogurt (or use plain and add an extra tbsp of sugar)
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Sprinkle the sugar over the egg whites and beat a bit more. Gently fold in the cocoa powder, the yogurt, and the coffee liqueur. Spoon into a popsicle mold-- mine fits 1/4 cup in each popsicle. Freeze for four hours, and loosen popsicles by running hot water over them. Enjoy!
