1 pound of Tilapia or other white fish
1 Lemon
Old Bay seasoning (or salt and paprika), pepper, dill as desired

Leftovers are good chilled in a tossed salad
Directions
Squeeze lemon juice into a small bowl or cup. Discard seeds. Cut the squeezed lemon into slices.
Put fish in large frying pan, drizzle with lemon juice. Put the lemon pieces around the fish. Season with Old Bay, pepper, and dill as desired. Cook on medium heat till done to your taste. Add a little water as needed to saute fish, and keep the lemon juice liquid and flavorful.
