Introduction

You can use this as a meal replacement or a snack. You can use this as a meal replacement or a snack.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 scoops Vi shake mix
    1 cup mixed frozen fruit
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 TBS. oatmeal
    1/2 TBS. flax seed

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: makes one 16oz smoothie
