Introduction

Thanksgiving on a Wednesday, or any day. Thanksgiving on a Wednesday, or any day.

Ingredients

    1.25 lbs lean ground turkey
    1.25 lbs extra lean ground turkey
    1 package Stove Top Stuffing mix
    1/2 cup cranberry sauce
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup water

Tips

can mix remaining cranberry sauce with equal parts BBQ sauce for a topping, add during last 30 minutes of baking.


Directions

combine all ingredients shape into loaf and bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Allow to sit 15 minutes before slicing
