Ham and Egg Salad Sandwich Thins

Submitted by: JESSIELYNN1977

Introduction

I altered this from a Betty Crocker recipe that I really love. I made a few changes to the veggies involved and I use the Jennie-O turkey ham and reduced fat mayo. I do like throwing in a bit of extra broccoli just because I think it is really tasty. The recipe does call for 1/2 c. of mayo, but I have reduced it to just a bit under when I make it - every bit I cut out helps. Very tasty recipe though and I just can't give up my egg salad. :) I altered this from a Betty Crocker recipe that I really love.
