Wheat Crusty Bread

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup WARM water
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2.5 cups wheat flour (divided)

Directions

Mix water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until bubbly. Add in oil and salt. Mix in 1 cup of the flour, until well mixed. Add remaining 1 1/2 cup flour and mix, forming dough. Divide into 8 rolls or breadsticks. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
