Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 lbs ground beef
    4 eggs
    4 cups crushed crackers
    4 onions( 1 diced) (3 quartered)
    10 potatos
    8 carrots
    1/4 cup ketchup
    4 green peppers(1 diced) (3 chopped)

Directions

Mix ground beef, crackers, eggs, 1 diced onion, 1 diced green pepper, and ketchup. Chop potatos, onions, green pepper,,and carrots in roasting pan. Smash meat in roaster lid. Place on top veggies. cover bake 375 for 2 hours or till potatos are done.
