My breakfast sandwich

    1 egg, Scrambled
    1 Tsp. chopped Jalapeno Pepper
    1 Tsp. Cotija Queso Cheese
    1 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
    2 slices Bread
    1 Tsp. Prepared Mustard
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash


Mix egg in a bowl. Add pepper, Mrs. Dash, and onion. Spray pan with Pam and pour mixture in and cook. Flip and top with cheese. Spread mustard on bread while egg mixture is cooking. Place egg mixture, once cooked on bread and eat!

Serving Size: Makes one breakfast sandwich
