1 Recipe Pastry for a 9-in. Double Crust Pie
1/4 C. Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
3 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 C. Water
1/2 C. Splenda
1/2 C. Packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
8 Granny Smith Apples - Peeled, Cored, & Sliced
2. Place the bottom crust in your pan. Fill with apples, mounded slightly. Cover with a lattice work crust. Gently pour the Splenda & Smart Balance liquid over the crust. Pour slowly so that it does not run off.
3. Baking for 50-60 min, until apples are soft.
Serving Size: 1/8th of the 9-in. Pie
